Exchange

If you would like to exchange your item for something different you may exchange any item for an item of equal value for no cost except additional shipping. If you exchange for goods at a lower cost the balance will be refunded to you after additional shipping. If you exchange for goods at a higher cost the balance will be charged to you, plus additional shipping. To exchange an item please contact us.

Return

If you purchased something from our store and it was damaged, defective, or not what you expected, and you do not want to replace it, please reach out to us within 30 days. Prior to 30 days you may receive a cash refund less shipping. After the thirty days we will honor a store credit to make sure you get something you love!

Refund

We will provide a full refund if you are unhappy with your purchase if you contact us within 30 days of purchase. After that, your donation simply help us help build our community through creativity.
